Ron Merson has been with McCoy’s Automotive for 2 years. He has a MBA & a B.A. in mechanized Agriculture from CAL Poly San Luis Obispo. He has been in the auto industry for 27 years, and is an asset to our company. Ron does a little of everything from greeting customers, writing repair orders, ordering parts, making sure the mechanics have everything they need and then making

sure the customers have a good experience at McCoy’s. Not only is Ron a key part of McCoy’s Automotive, he plays a key roll in our community. Here’s a current list of his activities; AYSO Regional commissioner 11 yrs., AYSO National Management Instructor, Briggs School Board Trustee, Limoneria Federal Credit Union President, Optimist International Club Past President, Odd Fellows GrandNoble, Santa Paula Christmas Parade Chairman 20 yrs., Miss Santa Paula Essay/Scholarship Pageant, Boy Scouts of America Assistant Scout Master, Venture Crew Committee chair, and Order of the Arrows Member. As well as attending Elite management classes and Carquest Technical training courses. All that, and he still finds time to go camping and spend time with his family.
